Ginger and Lemon: Magical Combination

 The syrup from ginger and lemon is a very healthy drink designed to relieve the main symptoms of colds and flu: increased temperature, headache, muscle aches, sore throat, cough, fatigue.





  Lemon juice is a rich source of vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that strengthens the immune system and reduces the risk of heart attack, stroke and cancer. Traditionally, ginger is used to relieve stomach upsets and nausea. However, this root has also an anti-inflammatory action that relieves the painful symptoms of arthritis, flu or colds easier.


Preparation of the syrup from ginger and lemon

  Well cleaned and washed fresh root from the ginger is peeled and chopped in tiny cubes. Add 1 kilo of sugar and mix nicely. Pour 2 liters of water and placed on the fire to boil. Ingredients:

1 kilogram of lemon
30 cloves of garlic
1 liter of water

Preparation :

Lemon and Garlic

From my Kitchen - recipe for apple cider vinegar

  Many times you have heard of apple cider vinegar and that its use in moderate doses is healthy.
But also so many times you have heard that only domestic apple cider vinegar is healthy.
Because of this, today I will present you how you can make homemade apple cider vinegar.



  First wash the apples that you want to use, then chop them in a glass jar or plastic barrel.  
 Plastic barrels are not supposed to practice, but if it is a larger amount than you are simply forced to use them. Add boiled and cooled water 4 times the amount of the quantity of apples. Overall according to the recipes on one kilogram of apples goes 3-5 liters of water, so depending on whether you want to prepare a stronger or diluted vinegar. On this amount, add 50 to 100 grams of sugar. 
 
  When you cook all this cover with sterile gauze and leave it in a quiet place at a temperature around 20 degrees. The proof that you have done everything right will be unbearably strong smell that will occur in the first 10 days of standing. Therefore it is not recommended to keep it in the apartment, but only in an empty garage or basement. After two months standing you need to drain the vinegar and put it in another bowl and leave again for another 6 months. Then strain again and finally you can use it.
