Update: only teaching the Yoga Basics !! I'm honored to be subbing one class next week: Monday 1/14 at 9 am for Yoga Basics at HAPA yoga. They have some amazing rates for weekly and monthly unlimited classes that include childcare!!!! And you can get your first class free!
